SubPass is an Australian software company founded in Sydney in 2026.
We built SubPass because managing subcontractor compliance in Australian construction was broken. Site managers were tracking licences and insurance through WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets. Subcontractors were emailing the same documents to every new site manager and had no idea who still had copies of them.
SubPass fixes both sides of this problem simultaneously.
Site managers get a live compliance dashboard showing every subcontractor's licence, insurance and white card status in real time. They verify documents once at the point of connection and SubPass tracks renewals and alerts them automatically from there. They can run digital inductions, toolbox meetings and site gate sign in from the same platform.
Subcontractors upload their documents once and share their compliance passport with any site manager via QR code or link. They control who has access and can revoke it instantly. Their actual certificates never leave their SubPass profile.
