SubPass Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed) ("SubPass", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of personal information:

• Name, email address and phone number
• Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Business name and trading details
• Compliance documents including licences, insurance certificates and induction cards
• Usage data and analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to provide the SubPass compliance platform, verify user identities, facilitate connections between subcontractors and site managers, send expiry notifications and improve our services.

4. Data Storage and Security

All SubPass data is hosted in the Asia Pacific region. We use 256-bit AES encryption for all stored data and TLS encryption for all data in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information.

5. Document Privacy Model

Subcontractor documents uploaded to SubPass remain under the subcontractor's complete control. Site managers view the actual certificate once at the point of connection for personal verification. After that single view, only a document summary is stored on the site manager's dashboard. Documents are never downloaded by or stored on site manager devices. Subcontractors can revoke access at any time.
