1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubPass ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

SubPass is a compliance passport platform for the Australian construction industry. SubPass enables subcontractors to create digital compliance profiles and enables site managers to view and track subcontractor compliance status.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subcontractors are responsible for ensuring their uploaded documents are current and accurate. Site managers are responsible for personally verifying certificates at the point of connection. SubPass facilitates the compliance process but does not guarantee the accuracy of user-uploaded documents.

4. Payment Terms

SubPass is free for all subcontractors. Site manager paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Australian Dollars (AUD) excluding GST. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

5. Cancellation

Site managers can cancel their paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Downgrading to the free Starter plan is available at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

SubPass provides a compliance tracking and document sharing platform. SubPass does not provide legal, insurance or compliance advice. Users are responsible for their own compliance obligations under applicable WHS legislation. SubPass is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
